This a full time senior level role with our global manufacturing client based in Chennai. This is a Plant HR Head/GM role.

Key Purpose of the Job
Leading all HR/IR activities of the the plant, handling workforce of ~3800 employees.
Ensure effective Talent management process as well as ensure happiness of employees by timely and effective HR services to internal customer.
Ensuring harmonious Employee / community relations.
The incumbent must have strong experience in IR/Industrial relations, attrition management, employee costing and should have worked in plant set up as HR.

Employee Relations / IR
• Championing ER , IR policies and processes
• Managing employee and complex Industrial relations issues
• Conflict management and dispute resolution through mediation and continuous dialogues
• Implementing process correction measures & risk mitigation measures.
• Lead compliance management

Administration & Liaisoning
• Monitoring and advising on plant related litigation matters
• Ensure smooth Liaisoning with conciliation officer, Labour Commissioner and other Govt.
