We are seeking a talented individual to join our Strategy team at Mercer. This role will be based in Gurugram. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

AGM – Strategy & Analytics

The Senior Strategy & Planning Specialist will drive and implement strategic initiatives, convert data into actionable insights, and create compelling narratives that influence leadership decisions. This role combines deep analytics, stakeholder management, and high-quality storyboarding and deck creation to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Business Analytics & Decision Support
Own recurring and ad hoc business analysis to support leadership and strategy teams.
Analyze business performance across key SaaS metrics (pipeline, revenue, conversion, pricing, deal velocity, customer cohorts, etc.).
Translate complex data into explicit insights, dashboards,



and concise narratives that drive business decisions.
Support commercial initiatives (pricing, GTM, deal reviews) with rigorous data-driven recommendations.

Data Management & Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and hygiene across reports and systems.
Work with CRM data (Zoho CRM preferred) to track sales, pipeline, and deal metrics.
Automate recurring reports and reduce manual reporting effort wherever possible.
Act as a single point of contact for standard business and performance reporting.

Deck & Presentations Support
Create executive-ready storyboards and build high-quality PowerPoint decks for board, and leadership forums.
Design clear visualizations and data representations that communicate the story and recommended actions.
