Role: Project Manager/Site Manager

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager/Site Manager to lead the execution of residential interior design projects across Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate must have prior experience managing turnkey residential interior projects and be capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Mandatory Requirements

3–5 years of experience as a Project/Site Manager in a residential interior design/turnkey interiors company.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.




Proven experience managing residential interior projects from site handover through final delivery.
Strong understanding of residential interior construction, modular furniture, MEP coordination, finishes, and site execution.
Robust communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
Hands-on experience coordinating with modular factories, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site execution teams.
Willingness to travel across project sites in Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute multiple residential interior projects simultaneously.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, ensuring milestones and committed timelines are achieved.
Coordinate with designers, clients, contractors, vendors, and site supervisors for smooth project execution.
