About job:

Developing roadmaps for network technologies (switches, firewalls, access points, VPNs) through research, testing, and collaboration with IT management and business partners
Maintaining, administering, and monitoring the global network workplace and providing deep technical support for daily operations, incidents, and problem resolution




Documenting global network architecture, hardware, software, and missing knowledge in asset inventory and knowledge base systems
Supporting additional infrastructure areas, including on‑premises and cloud server environments
Designing and implementing functional LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructure
Configuring and installing network devices, software, routers, switches, and performing regular patching
Monitoring network performance and integrity while resolving escalated issues from IT support tiers
Mentoring Infrastructure Services colleagues and sharing knowledge to address recurring network issues
Automating operational tasks and evaluating their effectiveness
Creating, testing, and overseeing security measures, including access authentication and disaster recovery improvements
Updating asset inventory and documenting technical changes in knowledge systems
