Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Power BI/Fabric and SQL Developer to join our BI
Analytics and Reporting team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI/Fabric, SSRS, and SSIS, with experience in
designing and developing interactive dashboards, reports, KPIs, and ETL
solutions. The role involves developing and optimizing complex T-SQL queries,
designing productive data models, and delivering scalable, high-performance
reporting solutions that support business intelligence and data-driven
decision-making. Experience with MES Opcenter/Camstar or manufacturing systems
is an added advantage.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and KPIs using
Power BI/Fabric and SSRS.
* Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures,
views, and database objects in Microsoft SQL Server.
* Design, develop, and maintain SSIS ETL packages for data integration and
transformation.
* Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and




translate them into scalable BI solutions.
* Design and optimize data models to improve report performance and ensure
efficient data retrieval.
* Monitor and optimize the performance of reports, dashboards, SQL queries, and
ETL processes.
* Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
across reporting solutions.
* Troubleshoot production issues, provide timely resolutions, and support
ongoing reporting and ETL operations.
* Follow established development standards, coding best practices, and
documentation requirements.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business
intelligence solutions.
* Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement
initiatives.

Education & Experience

* Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science engineering, MCA, or M.Sc.
(IT/Computer Science) or related fields.
* 3 to 5 years of hands
