Role Description

The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur, responsible for supporting and managing HR functions within a dynamic startup-focused environment. This role includes overseeing day-to-day HR operations such as maintaining employee records,



managing onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating payroll inputs, and supporting benefits administration. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, and support performance management and engagement initiatives aligned with company values. The role also involves assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting hiring, recruitment coordination, and team scaling activities for internal teams and portfolio startups. Collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams to support a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture is central to this position.

Qualifications

Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) with experience in HR Management and HR Operations.
Ability to manage Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, communication facilitation, and engagement initiatives.
