Role Description :
The Sales Business Development Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and nurturing relationships with potential franchise partners and investors. The executive will conduct market research, present brand and expansion opportunities,



manage sales pipelines, and support negotiations to closure. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams on opportunity packaging, maintaining accurate reporting on outreach and conversions, and ensuring a consistent experience for partners throughout the acquisition process. The role also requires regular in-person meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to drive sustainable growth for client brands within Xpand Bharat’s expansion framework.
