Role Description

The Venture Operation Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Kanpur. This role involves managing day-to-day operational activities across multiple ventures,



including tracking project milestones, coordinating with founders and internal teams, and ensuring timely execution of planned initiatives. The Venture Operation Executive will support venture building processes by gathering and analyzing operational data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements. Responsibilities also include assisting with resource allocation, maintaining documentation, supporting cross-functional collaboration between technology, strategy, and marketing teams, and preparing reports for leadership. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic startup ecosystem.

Qualifications
