Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Senior Creative Designer with a robust background in branding, campaign design, digital content, and visual storytelling. This individual will play a key role in shaping and evolving Battery Smart's visual identity while driving creative excellence across marketing, product, growth, and employer branding initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with creative thinking, understands how to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Design & Visual Identity




Own and evolve Battery Smart's visual identity across all customer, partner, and employee touchpoints.
Ensure brand consistency across digital assets, retail branding, presentations, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.
Develop and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and brand guidelines.
Create high-quality visual assets that strengthen brand recall and engagement.
Campaign Development & Creative Storytelling
Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, performance marketing, events, and on-ground activations.
Translate marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts and creative narratives.
Collaborate closely with content, growth, and marketing teams to develop impactful campaign creatives.
Support product launches, brand initiatives, and strategic business campaigns.
Digital & Content Design
Design creative assets for social media, websites, landing pages, email campaigns,
