Solar PV Trainer

Location: Manesar, Haryana

We are looking for a passionate Solar PV Trainer to deliver practical and classroom-based training on Solar PV systems. The ideal candidate should have solid technical expertise and a commitment to developing industry-ready talent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver theory and hands-on training on Solar PV installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and learner assessments.
- Ensure safe training practices and maintain training equipment.
- Prepare training materials and support certification and project documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:
- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Solar Energy or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Solar PV systems.
- Prior training experience is preferred.
- Experience with NSDC, Skill India, SSC, NSQF or CSR skilling projects is an added advantage.
