Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned, strategic, and high-energy Client Management Leader with 8-10 years of experience deeply rooted in the digital marketing ecosystem. In this role, you will act as the trusted advisor to our marquee clients, lead a high-performing account management team, and drive retention and organic business growth.



You will bridge the gap between complex digital strategy and client business objectives.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Be

Strategic Client Advisory & Relationship Management
Act as a Trusted Partner: Build, maintain, and nurture C-suite and senior-level relationships across a diverse portfolio of clients.
Understand Business Goals: Deeply understand clients' businesses, industries, and competitors to proactively recommend high-impact digital solutions.
Business Growth & Portfolio Profitability
Drive Organic Revenue: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing portfolio to meet and exceed annual revenue targets.
P&L; Ownership: Oversee the financial health of your client portfolio, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, profitability margins, and timely billing/collections.
