The role builds influence on key accounts to secure project approvals and orders. It also involves building strong pipelines of project prospects and managing the full sales cycle from chance identification to deal closure and execution support.

developing and retaining key B2B and B2G customers, including institutional clients, builders, PSUs, government departments, EPC contractors, industrial clients, and PMCs in the assigned territories.

Build strong influence across the decision-making ecosystem and secure product approvals, specifications, and empanelments through engagement with architects, consultants, PMCs, and government authorities. Lead end-to-end institutional sales cycles, including opportunity scoping, presentations, technical discussions, bid preparation, commercial negotiation, and order closure. Develop and manage strong project pipelines by tracking and mapping construction projects in various segments of builings, industries and infrastructures across assigned regions.
