Be the Lead Designer for a set of Futur Decor clients, from the first meeting to order booking to design finalization
Be responsible for achieving sales targets month on month along with Sales Team
Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the P2P pipeline status month on month
Be proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objective
To define SOP right from sales to design process for bedroom/interior solutions
Analyse Design meeting pipeline with sales team, project TAT, and customer satisfaction on a monthly basis
Take ownership of bedroom/interior solutions, and understand customer pain points to deliver better results
Coordinate with the production team for the smooth execution of projects
Prepare weekly status reports on P2P projects as well as Design Meetings held
