Job Requirements:

Directing and administering an organizational risk management program.
Develops strategies, Controls, and measures to monitor and mitigate the risk exposure of current plans, policies and processes.
Establish risk mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets and financial stability.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
Conduct periodic risk assessments and implement internal control measures.
Monitor changes in financial regulations and update policies accordingly.
Lead financial audits, internal control reviews, and forensic accounting processes.




Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance financial integrity.
Analyze financial data and prepare risk reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Assess the impact of financial decisions and business strategies on risk exposure.
Monitoring the effectiveness of procedures to identify points of improvement.
Review of the risk analysis reports to ensure risks are identified and managed effectively.
Develop key risk indicators (KRIs) and risk dashboards to track financial risks.
Promoting organization wide understanding of risks and risk management strategies.
Analysis and careful internal and external risk evaluation.
Assessment of current company policies and potential for risk.
Closely understanding each and every departmental processes and policies to avoid future risks.
Analyzing and developing the new policies and processes for each department to achieve the department
