We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle EPM ARCS Consultant to join our Oracle Practice. The selected professional will play a key role in supporting and transforming financial consolidation, account reconciliation, planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle ARCS, FCCS, Essbase, and PBCS
• Minimum two end-to-end Oracle EPM implementation projects
• Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle ARCS solutions
• Configuration and support of FCCS and Essbase applications
• Experience with PBCS for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Integration of Oracle PBCS with Oracle Fusion ERP
• Ability to independently develop business rules and custom Oracle EPM applications
• Experience in integrations, automation, testing, UAT, go-live, and hyper care support
• Robust understanding of financial consolidation, account reconciliation, FP&A;, and financial reporting processes
• Ability to interact with clients, gather requirements, conduct demonstrations, and provide functional guidance
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote offshore environment
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of Groovy scripting
• Experience with process automation
• Strong finance functional knowledge
• B.Tech, MBA, or equivalent educational qualification
