We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Go Developer to build and scale the core services, workflows, and integrations powering Reachware’s next-generation iPaaS platform. This role combines backend engineering, workflow orchestration, and integration expertise.

‣ Design and develop backend services using Go
‣ Build APIs for tenant management, workflows, and platform services
‣ Implement multi-tenancy, governance, and policy-driven systems

‣ Build workflow systems using Temporal and event-driven architecture
‣ Implement async processing, retries, idempotency, and failure handling
‣ Use messaging systems like NATS/Kafka for scalable execution

‣ Build production-grade connectors using REST, GraphQL, and webhooks
‣ Integrate with third-party systems using OAuth2, API keys, and secure protocols
‣ Handle sync patterns, pagination, rate limits, and schema evolution

‣ Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis for scalable storage




‣ Design efficient schemas, indexing, and data access patterns

‣ Implement resilience patterns like retries, circuit breakers, and backoff
‣ Ensure observability using logs, metrics, and tracing
‣ Integrate IAM, secrets management, and policy-driven security

‣ 5-10+ years in backend/platform/integration engineering
‣ 3+ years of solid Go programming experience

‣ Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
‣ Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
