Role Overview:




The Industry Business Development Manager – NBFC will own and grow Technosprout 's NBFC business vertical by driving new business acquisition, managing strategic customer relationships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
This role goes beyond conventional enterprise sales. The successful candidate will serve as the internal subject-matter expert for the NBFC industry, continuously tracking market trends, RBI regulations, technology adoption, cybersecurity requirements, and digital transformation initiatives. They will serve as the "Voice of the Industry" within Technosprout , enabling stronger customer engagement, solution positioning, and industry-led growth.
The role demands consultative selling, executive relationship management, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with CXOs across leading NBFCs.
