Hiring: Business Transformation Consultant – Warehouse & Logistics (Blue Yonder TMS)





Locations: Bangalore | NCR | Coimbatore


Experience: 5+ Years (4+ Years Relevant)



We are looking for an experienced Blue Yonder TMS Consultant to join an IBM project supporting Warehouse & Logistics transformation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


Design, configure, and implement Blue Yonder Transportation Management System (TMS) solutions


Provide AMS (Application Management Support) for Blue Yonder TMS environments


Support transportation planning, execution, and logistics operations


Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support


Collaborate with business and technical teams to enhance TMS processes


Participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities






Required Skills:


✔ 5+ years of overall IT experience






✔ 4+ years of relevant Blue Yonder TMS experience


✔ Strong AMS support experience in Blue Yonder TMS


✔ Experience in designing, configuring, and implementing TMS solutions


✔ Understanding of transportation and logistics business processes


✔ Solid analytical and problem -solving skills






Good to Have:


✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


✔ End -to -end Blue Yonder TMS implementation experience






Important Notes:


• Candidate must be ready for Face -to -Face interviews at IBM location if required.


• Day 1 reporting from Date of Joining is mandatory.


• Client interview details will be shared later.
