Hiring Alert | Business Development Expert (B2B) – EdTech





Location: Gurgaon, Haryana


Experience: 2–6 Years


Industry Preference: EdTech / SaaS / Education




We are looking for a dynamic and result -driven Business Development Expert (B2B) to drive institutional sales and build strategic partnerships across schools, colleges, coaching institutes, corporates, and government organizations.





Key Responsibilities:


✔ Identify and acquire new B2B clients


✔ Build and manage institutional sales pipeline


✔ Conduct product demos & solution -based presentations


✔ Negotiate contracts and close strategic partnerships


✔ Manage onboarding and client relationship development


✔ Collaborate with marketing for targeted B2B campaigns


✔ Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets






✔ Represent the company at industry events and networking forums






Required Skills:


Robust B2B sales and consultative selling experience


Exposure to EdTech, SaaS, or education sector preferred


Experience interacting with principals, HODs, VCs, L&D; heads, etc.


Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills


CRM tools knowledge (Salesforce / Zoho preferred)


Self -motivated, target -oriented, and growth -driven mindset
