About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in General Insurance (Property & Casualty). This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate requirement gathering, analysis, and delivery of high -quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities


- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories

- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure correct implementation of requirements

- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business sign -off

- Prepare and maintain documentation including BRDs, FRDs, workflows, and process diagrams

- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions





- Ensure timely and high -quality delivery of assigned projects


Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst

- Strong domain expertise in General Insurance / Property & Casualty (P&C;)

- Hands -on experience in one or more areas: policy administration, claims, underwriting, or billing systems

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Strong analytical thinking and problem -solving abilities

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall environments

- Proficiency in tools such as MS Visio, Excel, Word, JIRA, and Confluence


Preferred Skills

- Exposure to digital insurance platforms or transformation initiatives

- Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in insurance

- Experience working with cross -functional and geographically distributed teams
