Gedu is hiring an experienced Backend Developer to build secure, scalable, and high‑performance backend systems for our global education platforms. In this role, you will work closely with cross‑functional Agile teams to design robust APIs, optimize databases, and deliver reliable backend solutions. What We Expect from You

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using .NET Core (6/7/8/9).
• Build scalable and reliable backend architectures following best coding and design practices.
• Design and optimize database schemas using SQL and NoSQL technologies.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with proper unit test coverage using XUnit/NUnit.
• Optimize application performance, API response times, and database queries.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, UX, and SCRUM teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.




• Integrate backend services with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Conduct peer code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support smooth deployments and releases.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Should Bring

• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in backend development.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and Web API development.
• Solid experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Strong understanding of OOPS concepts,solid principles, design patterns, and n‑tier architecture.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Familiarity with Git/Azure Repos, API Gateways, and ORM frameworks.
• Knowledge of authentication and SSO mechanisms (LDAP, Active Directory).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
