Head of Branding | Hair Care, Skin Care & Personal Care Brands
Location: Hyderabad
We are looking for an experienced branding leader from the Hair Care, Skin Care, Beauty, Personal Care, Wellness, Cosmetics, or D2C Consumer Brands industry to lead the branding function for two rapidly growing consumer brands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and drive long -term brand vision, positioning, and growth strategy
• Build strong consumer -centric brand architecture and storytelling
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, performance, and offline channels
• Drive consumer insights, category understanding, and market intelligence
• Partner with Product, Growth, R&D;, and Leadership teams to influence innovation pipelines
• Build and mentor high -performing brand teams
• Drive brand awareness, consideration, engagement, and business growth
• Manage agencies, creative partners, and cross -functional stakeholders
Preferred Background:
â 8–15 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Category Management, or Brand Strategy
