We're building one of India's largest commercial video data collection networks and are looking for energetic field sales professionals to acquire businesses for our commercial video recording program.
If you enjoy meeting business owners, travelling across your territory, and achieving daily targets, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard 8+ businesses daily for commercial video data collection.
- Visit factories, manufacturing units, warehouses, workshops, service centres, commercial kitchens, printing & packaging units, facility management companies and similar commercial establishments.
- Build and maintain a strong business pipeline within your assigned territory.
- Identify recent industrial areas, business clusters and commercial corridors for expansion.
- Complete business onboarding details accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and execution of recordings.
- Maintain relationships with business owners until recordings are completed.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Field Sales / Business Development / Vendor Acquisition experience
- Comfortable with extensive field travel.
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills.
- Native fluency in the local language.
- Working knowledge of English or Hindi.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve daily targets.
- Existing network of local business owners is an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹95,000 per week based on verified performance
