We are looking for an experienced Senior Branch Manager with a strong background in Resource Mobilization to lead branch operations and drive investment business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve branch targets for Deposits/Investments (FD & RD).
- Develop and maintain relationships with HNIs, NRIs, and corporate customers.
- Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve business goals.
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth branch operations.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking/NBFC, with a strong focus on Resource Mobilization.
- Proven track record in investment and deposit business.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
