Portico Designs is a dynamic architecture and interior design firm specializing in end-to-end design and execution , delivering innovative, functional, and timeless spaces across residential, commercial, real estate, and hospitality sectors.

We are looking for an experienced Senior BOQ Estimator with 4–5 years of experience , primarily in interior design projects , with expertise in BOQs, rate analysis, tendering, costing, budgeting, and site coordination .

Key Responsibilities

✔ Prepare detailed BOQs, rate analysis, cost estimates, and project budgets for interior design projects.

✔ Manage tender documentation, quantity take-offs, comparative statements, and vendor quotations.

✔ Analyze project costs, material specifications, and pricing to ensure cost efficiency.

✔ Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams for smooth project execution.

✔ Conduct site visits for quantity verification, progress monitoring, and cost control.

✔ Review architectural and interior drawings/specifications to prepare accurate estimates.





✔ Maintain cost reports, estimation records, and project documentation.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or related field .

✔ 4–5 years of relevant experience, with major exposure to interior design projects.

✔ Strong expertise in BOQ preparation, rate analysis, estimation, tendering, costing, and budgeting .

✔ Robust understanding of interior finishes, materials, vendors, and execution processes .

✔ Experience handling residential, commercial, real estate, and hospitality interior projects .

✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation/costing tools .

✔ Strong analytical, negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.

✔ Ability to independently manage estimation and costing activities.
