Dreamtime Learning Online School is transforming education through innovative, learner-centric online programs. We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Senior Admission Counselor (IC) to independently manage the admissions process, counsel prospective parents, and consistently achieve enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete admission cycle from lead allocation to student enrollment.
- Counsel prospective parents and students regarding Dreamtime Learning's online academic programs.
- Understand student learning needs and recommend suitable academic solutions.
- Conduct admission counseling through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Build strong relationships with prospective families to maximize admission conversions.
- Handle parent queries and objections professionally throughout the admission process.
- Follow up regularly with leads to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with Academic, Operations, and Finance teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Ensure timely collection of admission documents and fee payments.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM on a daily basis.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
- Stay updated on curriculum, fee structure, admission policies, and school offerings.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the admission journey.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)




- Minimum 30–40 connected counseling calls per day.
- Minimum 10 student admissions every month.
- Achieve individual monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Maintain high lead-to-admission conversion ratios.
- Ensure timely CRM updates and reporting.
- Maintain excellent parent satisfaction and service quality.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 4–7 years of experience in Online Admissions Counseling or EdTech B2C Sales.
- Experience in Online School Admissions is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving individual admission/sales targets.
- Excellent communication, counseling, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong relationship management and follow-up skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor (IC).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.

Mandatory Requirements
- Own laptop is mandatory.
- Willing to work from the Hyderabad office.
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
- Experience in online admissions is mandatory.
- Candidates with only Overseas/Abroad Education Counseling experience will not be considered.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
