In iRetail product development, the Squad Leader is a Specialist Java Developer who leads a self-sufficient squad of smart engineers with diverse capabilities like Java technologies, Python, DevOps, ML concepts etc. As a Squad Leader, you will be responsible for people and engineering decisions that will be consequential in building the iRetail features.



Your efforts will be reinforced by the presence of a Product Owner to drive product priorities and specifications in the squad.

The squad lead clearly understand the feature expectations of the Product Owner and drive the estimations and delivery. The squad will commit and deliver the iterations of product throughout the development life cycle, with focus on value delivered and adherence to proven practices. The responsibilities Plan, estimate and orchestrate work execution.

Envision, design, code-review, develop and deploy solutions.

Navigate the squad through tech glitches Build a cohesive squad and accomplish the committed objective Experience and skills Experience in designing and developing Software Products in Java technologies Strong hand-on individual contributor, expertise in Java based technologies.

Experience in leading a tech team of 3-6 developers Exposure to :
