Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled SQL Developer with 4–6 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain database systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing efficient SQL queries, optimizing database performance, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–6 years of hands-on experience in SQL development.

Robust proficiency in SQL Server 2019 and/or PostgreSQL.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2019, including database development, stored procedures, functions, triggers, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning.

Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

Good understanding of database design principles, normalization, indexing, and data modeling.

Experience in query optimization, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.





Basic understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.

Familiarity with version control tools such as AWS CodeCommit or GitLab is a plus.

AI-savvy mindset with the ability to leverage AI-assisted tools for productivity, problem-solving, and data-related tasks.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

Experience with SQL Server 2019 Administration features, execution plan analysis, indexing strategies, and database performance monitoring.

Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Shell Scripting.

Exposure to cloud database services such as Azure SQL, AWS RDS, or similar platforms.

Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics, automation tools, or modern data engineering practices.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
