Role Overview :

Hands-on Auth0 CIAM qualified with 5+ years of experience, responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing customer identity solutions built on Auth0. The role requires a strong focus on troubleshooting, operations, and DevOps integration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage Auth0 tenants, configurations, and environments.
- Handle user lifecycle, access management, and tenant administration.
- Perform integrations using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, PKCE, and SAML.
- Troubleshoot login issues, token failures, and federation errors.
- Develop and maintain Auth0 Actions and custom authentication logic.
- Support CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
- Manage incidents (P1/P2), perform root cause analysis, and ensure resolution.
- Work with ServiceNow (SNOW) for ticketing and ITIL processes.
- Monitor logs, alerts, and system performance using tools like Spyglass.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams.
- Participate in 24x7 support rotation.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Auth0 CIAM platform.
- Expertise in OAuth 2.0, OIDC, PKCE, and SAML protocols.




- Experience in integration and modification of authentication flows.
- Hands-on experience with Auth0 Actions, token customization, and claims mapping.
- Experience implementing adaptive authentication, password less authentication, and MFA.
- Experience integrating SMS/OTP providers (e.g., Twilio).
- Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) experience.
- Knowledge of GCP and Node.js ecosystem.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Python scripting.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW) and ITIL processes.

Nice to Have :

- Mobile app authentication experience (iOS/Android).
- Exposure to CIAM architecture and multi-tenant systems.
- Or certified in Auth0 Certified Developer Exam.
