Job Summary

English Caffe is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Spoken English & Communication Skills Trainer to deliver engaging English language training sessions. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken and written English, solid classroom management skills, and the ability to motivate learners to improve their communication, personality, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Spoken English and Communication Skills training sessions for students of different proficiency levels. Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans and classroom activities.

Improve students' grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and confidence.

Provide individual feedback and monitor student progress regularly.

Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and communication practice sessions.

Teach soft skills, personality development, interview skills, and business communication.

Maintain student attendance, performance records, and training reports.

Encourage an interactive and positive learning environment.

Coordinate with the academic team to ensure quality training delivery.

Required Skills

Excellent command of spoken and written English. Strong communication, presentation,



and interpersonal skills.

Ability to teach students of different learning levels.

Knowledge of English language teaching methodologies and assessment techniques.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and online teaching platforms.

Strong classroom management and motivational skills.

Patience, adaptability, and a learner-focused approach.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. Bachelor's Degree in English, Education, or a related field will be an added advantage.

1–2 years of experience in Spoken English Training, English Language Teaching, or Communication Skills Training.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Excellent pronunciation and fluency in English. Confident personality with strong presentation skills.

Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their career goals.
