Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru at Edelweizz Pediatric Therapy Center. This role involves assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders in children, and developing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, monitoring progress, documenting clinical findings, and updating goals in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

The Speech Language

Pathologist will work closely with families, providing guidance, home programs,



and regular feedback to support carryover of skills outside the center. The role also includes participating in team meetings, contributing to early intervention programs, and maintaining high standards of ethical, child-centered care.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and Speech assessment and intervention for pediatric populations.
- Must have MSLP degree with two years of experience
- Candidates should possess expertise in Communication Disorders and Language Disorders, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Candidates should possess clinical skills in managing Dysphagia and feeding-related challenges in children, where applicable.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution; relevant licensure/registration as required by local regulations.
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders, developmental delays, and other neurodevelopmental conditions is highly beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly with families and caregivers.
- Strong documentation, organizational, and time-management skills, with a commitment to evidence-based and culturally sensitive practice.
- Comfort with parent training, family-centered care, and delivering therapy in a child-friendly, inclusive environment.
