Key Requirements:
Experience in Instructional Design and Learning Content Development
Strong understanding of various learning methodologies and adult learning principles
Hands -on experience in designing content for:
Instructor -Led Training (ILT)
E -Learning Programs
Web 2.0 Learning Solutions
Blended Learning Programs
Ability to create learner -centric and interactive training materials
Experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders
Robust communication and content structuring skills
Responsibilities:
Design and develop high -quality learning content and courseware
Create engaging learning experiences across multiple delivery modes
Develop assessments, learning activities, and supporting materials
Ensure content aligns with business objectives and learning outcomes
Support content enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives
