PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

- Provide Analysis and Design model / high level design and direction for a module of a project or small project

- Own technical design (both High level and low level design) of a module or of a small project

- Ensure quality of technical deliverables of a module or of a small project

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Attend Customer Calls

- Provide Status Report

- Requirements gathering

- Module plan/design

- Quality of Code

- Unit Testing

- Schedule adherence

- Adherence to Processes

- Contribution to improve development process

- Upgrade Technical skills

- Collaborate with the team

- Adherence to organizational policies & processes – like time sheets filling, attendance & leave, appraisal etc.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

1. Engineering Graduate in Computer Science / Information Science

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1. 5 to 7 Yrs of IT experience in Development.
