Requirements

- Amazon Connect Developer with 5–8 Years experience.

- Strong experience in contact center application development and support.

- Hands-on experience in designing and developing Amazon Connect (AC) contact flows, Amazon Lex chatbots, and AWS Lambda functions.

- Strong development experience in Java or Node.js, with the ability to design and develop REST and SOAP-based APIs.

- Good understanding of AWS services, architecture, and the broader AWS ecosystem.





- Experience working with AWS Lambda and serverless application development.

- Knowledge of Spring Framework, Maven, and Hibernate.

- Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, SQL Server, DB2, or Amazon RDS.

- Application development experience in one or more programming languages, including Java, C#, Node.js, Python, or PHP.

- Ability to design, develop, integrate, and support scalable cloud-based contact center solutions.
