Developing and implementing sales strategies, business development plans, oroperational plans to achieve company goals, basis market insight & competitionmapping.

Team Leadership

Motivating, mentoring, and managing teams to ensure they meet targets anddeliver quality service.
Building the complete retail team and building a POSP network
Provide guidance to the team in chasing/ converting/ generating business inassigned geography.

Client Relationship Management

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding theirneeds, and ensuring their satisfaction.
