About the Role :
We're looking for a Program Manager to solve high-impact problems across the full student and program lifecycle — spanning curriculum, student progression, campus operations, growth initiatives, and organizational systems. This is not a single-function role; you'll work across multiple domains,



moving between improving learning outcomes, designing new initiatives, optimizing team structures, and defining how functions work together. You'll operate in ambiguous environments where problem statements evolve, working closely with both on-ground campus teams and central teams to ensure solutions are practical and scalable.
Responsibilities :
Continuously identify and prioritize critical problems across academics, operations, student progression, growth, and organizational effectiveness
Break down complex, cross-functional problems into structured components, form transparent hypotheses, and design solutions that address both immediate challenges and root causes
Work closely with academic teams, operations teams, campus leadership, and central functions to drive alignment and ensure effective on-ground adoption
Build repeatable systems, workflows, ownership structures, success metrics, and feedback mechanisms
