Head of Copy

Della Group is looking for a Head of Copy to lead the creative writing function across our luxury brands, with a strong focus on Della Townships. This role is responsible for shaping the brand's voice across every touchpoint.
We're looking for someone who understands how to write for discerning audiences and can translate luxury, design and real estate into compelling stories that inspire and convert.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the copywriting function across Della Group and ensure consistency in brand communication.
• Develop compelling messaging for Della Townships, luxury real estate, hospitality and lifestyle brands.
• Write and oversee copy for websites, landing pages, brochures, presentations, sales kits, advertisements, digital campaigns, social media, emailers and marketing collateral.
• Create campaign concepts, taglines, project narratives and product launch communication.
• Develop high-conversion copy for lead generation campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
• Write scripts for brand films, project walkthroughs,



digital content and corporate videos.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Design, Digital, PR and Sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Review, edit and approve all copy to ensure clarity, consistency and brand alignment.
• Build and maintain brand tone of voice guidelines across all business verticals.
• Mentor and manage the copy team, ensuring creative excellence and timely delivery.
• Work closely with senior leadership on thought leadership articles, speeches, presentations and executive communication.

Desired Profile:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in copywriting, brand communication or advertising.
• Proven experience leading a copywriting or creative team.
• Robust portfolio showcasing campaigns, websites, brochures, digital content and brand communication.
