Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of student guidance and consultative sales.
The Sales Counselor will engage with students and parents exploring global education pathways, understand their aspirations, and guide them toward the right programs and services. The role requires the ability to build trust, provide clarity, and drive enrollments through structured conversations.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent & Parent Engagement
Conduct structured counselling interactions with students and parents to understand academic background, career aspirations, and study abroad goals
Provide guidance on global education pathways, including countries, programs, and timelines
Lead Management & Conversion
Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings & In person Meetings
Build consistent follow-up systems across the decision cycle
Convert qualified inquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly targets
Consultative Selling
Position GIDE offerings (counselling, test prep, profile building) based on student needs
Drive structured, insight-led conversations rather than transactional sales
Address parent queries with clarity and confidence

Guide students on application requirements, documentation, and timelines
