Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Screening:
Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Assist in screening candidates for a variety of roles, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent.
Candidate Evaluation & Interviews
Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit through interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth communication with both candidates and hiring managers.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers,
and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and foster robust communication at every stage of the hiring process.
Negotiation & Offer Management
Assist in job offer negotiations, providing guidance to candidates and ensuring alignment with company policies and compensation standards.
Manage offer communications and help facilitate a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
Onboarding & Documentation
Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.
Coordinate logistics, set up introductions, and help new employees integrate into the company culture effectively.
HR Administration
Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and recruitment data.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, assisting in the preparation of HR policies, procedures, and other documentation.
