Work you'll do

As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Learning Facilitation and Coaching on the Deloitte Technology Academy team, you will be responsible for:

Delivering technical training programs in Java full stack development, including Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Angular, React, and Google Cloud Platform.
Designing curriculum, learning plans, assessments, labs, and instructional materials that support upskilling and cross-skilling in full stack technologies.
Facilitating virtual and in-person learning sessions, mentoring participants through programming and testing exercises, and addressing learner questions throughout the training lifecycle.
Measuring learner progress through assignments, assessments, feedback, and evaluation mechanisms, and refining content and delivery methods based on outcomes and participant input.
