Job Responsibility
* * Independently configure and implement new pension plans using the Milliman
Pension Calculation System.
* Provide ongoing support for production issues, bug fixes, and system
enhancements, including new plan amendments.
* Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to support business
requirements and improve system performance.
* Lead plan-level discussions with counterpart, documenting requirements,
observations, and action items.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project
delivery and timely implementation.
* Design and execute unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure
system quality and accuracy.
* Continuously learn and apply recent technologies to enhance business processes
and system capabilities.
Desired qualification and experience
* * B. Tech/MCA/Graduate in Computer Science
* Knowledge of the Defined Benefits (DB) domain is preferred.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business
requirements.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a
collaborative team.
* Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
