Job Responsibility:
* * Perform system coding using the Milliman Pension Calculation System.
* Understand business requirements and prepare/execute test scenarios.
* Perform data conversion activities, including data updates, inserts, and
deletions.
* Write and optimize SQL queries based on business requirements and
scenarios.
* Conduct unit testing and regression testing to ensure system quality and
accuracy.
* Work with and understand applications developed using VB.NET and ASP.NET.
* Ability to analyze complex scenarios and provide effective solutions.
Desired qualification and experience:
* * B. Tech/MCA/Graduate in Computer Science
* Knowledge of the Defined Perks (DB) domain is preferred.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business
requirements.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a
collaborative team.
* Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
