Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead and drive the development of cutting-edge AI solutions and manage innovative projects within our organization. This role requires a forward-thinking individual who can handle the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation to deployment, while also delivering rapid Proof of Concepts (POCs) under our Innovation Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, combined with the ability to work in fast-paced, energetic environments.

Key Responsibilities:
1. AI Project Leadership:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning models to solve business challenges and drive innovation.
- Manage the lifecycle of AI projects, including data collection, preprocessing, modeling, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes.
2. Rapid POC Development:
- Develop quick Proof of Concepts (POCs) to test new ideas and demonstrate the feasibility of innovative AI solutions.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases for AI and machine learning within the organization.
- Deliver POCs with agility, balancing speed and quality to meet tight deadlines.
3. Innovation Program Contribution:
- Actively contribute to the organization’s Innovation Program by exploring emerging technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML and proactively identify opportunities to apply them.
- Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring team members and sharing knowledge.
4. Data Management & Analysis:
- Handle, process, and analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to derive actionable insights.
