Responsibilities
Automation System Design & Engineering
Develop detailed functional design specifications (FDS), control philosophies, and automation strategies based on project requirements.
Prepare control schematics, I/O lists,



architecture diagrams, and system configuration layouts.
Design and review PLC, SCADA, and HMI system architecture ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
SCADA & PLC Programming
Develop, configure, and test SCADA applications including graphics, alarms, trends, and reporting systems.
Perform PLC/DDC programming, logic development, and debugging.
Ensure seamless integration between PLC, SCADA, HMI, and third-party systems.
System Integration & Communication
Integrate automation systems with field instruments, RTUs, controllers, and communication devices.
Configure and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, DNP3, and Ethernet/IP.
Ensure proper data acquisition, signal mapping, and real-time communication across systems.
