The Impact You'll Make

As our Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll play a key role in managing Manufacturing Engineering activities—including Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and functional support on Process Engineering—to maximize efficiency and meet customer and organizational expectations.

Your impact? You’ll design, develop, evaluate, improve, and standardize manufacturing processes and systems in close alignment with Operations, ensuring strong functional alignment with the Danfoss Business System.

You’ll collaborate with Manufacturing and Process Engineering teams and take ownership of key engineering processes, helping us move toward a more efficient and capability‑driven future.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the design, development, standardization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, tooling, and systems to meet customer and internal demand, with strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
Support manufacturing and quality teams by ensuring processes and controls consistently meet or exceed customer expectations, troubleshooting issues,



and enabling quick problem resolution—including direct customer communication when needed.
Collaborate with operations across all shifts to effectively implement process changes, and with quality teams on customer issues, ensuring aligned and timely responses.
Use your skills in process engineering, tooling, equipment selection, and analytical problem‑solving to improve production performance, documentation, and standardization of work practices.
Continuously learn and share knowledge by staying updated on new manufacturing technologies, recommending improvements, and overseeing development of new methods, equipment, and production controls.

What We're Looking For
At least 10+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong knowledge of precision machining processes (grinding, honing, lapping) and time‑study/estimation expertise.
Hands‑on experience with PFMEA, APQP, PPAP, Contr
