Position Summary

The Senior Coordinator – Agent Communication, Engagement, and Events is
responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns, agent
engagement initiatives, webinars, events, and operational activities that
support student recruitment across AUA, GBC, and other assigned GUS
institutions.

Working closely with Business Development, Marketing, Operations, Salesforce,
Design teams, and external vendors, the role ensures the successful delivery of




recruitment campaigns, promotional materials, partner communications, reporting,
and operational projects. The position plays a key role in strengthening brand
awareness, supporting agent engagement, and driving both offshore and onshore
recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns to support recruitment and
brand awareness initiatives across assigned institutions.

* Create and manage Salesforce marketing campaigns, campaign administration,
and lead uploads in collaboration with Business Development teams.

* Develop marketing content and copy for emails, webinars, events, WhatsApp
communications, promotional materials, landing pages, and other recruitment
initiatives.

* Coordinate artwork requests through Jira, manage stakeholder feedback, and
ensure timely approval and delivery of creative assets.

* Organise and coordinate webinars, recruitment
