We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one of our engineering pods — owning the health and growth of the team, the technical direction of the domain, and the reliable delivery of the platform and services that enterprise customers depend on.

Role Overview
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a pod of engineers (SDE 1 through SDE 3, plus QA) building and operating the services behind the OrbitShift platform. You will sit at the intersection of people leadership, delivery, and technical direction: coaching engineers and growing their careers, owning a transparent roadmap and predictable execution,



and setting the engineering bar for how we design, build, and run systems at scale.
This is a hands-on-enough management role. You are not expected to be the strongest coder on the team, but you are expected to have real standing in architecture and design discussions, understand the codebase well enough to lead by example — participating in design and code reviews, and occasionally in implementation — and keep short-term delivery pressure from eroding the long-term health of the platform.
