About the Role
We are hiring a Marketing Manager for one of our clients, a leading enterprise software company serving the Life Sciences and Research Administration industry.

This role requires more than traditional B2B marketing expertise. We're looking for someone who understands the research ecosystem and can build marketing strategies for enterprise buyers across Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Clinical Research, Research Administration, Research Compliance, Healthcare Technology, and Academic Research.

The ideal candidate should be capable of translating complex technical and regulatory concepts into effective marketing programs that drive brand awareness, qualified pipeline, and revenue growth.

Who We're Looking For
Candidates should meet at least one of the following criteria:
5+ years of B2B marketing experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotechnology, Clinical Research,



Research Administration, Healthcare Technology, Scientific Software, Medical Research, or Research Compliance.
An educational background in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Clinical Research, Microbiology, Genetics, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field, combined with experience in B2B marketing.
Experience working closely with research institutions, universities, hospitals, CROs, pharmaceutical companies, biotech organizations, or scientific research teams.

Applications without relevant domain exposure are unlikely to be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Demand Generation
Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies aligned with business objectives.
Own and drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Inbound Marketing, and Demand Generation programs.
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, content, SEO, webinars, so
