Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Volunteer role based in Uttar Pradesh, India. Volunteers will support the event management team in planning, organizing, and executing events, including assisting with venue setup, décor, guest coordination, and vendor communication. Day-to-day tasks may include helping with logistical arrangements, participating in rehearsals, distributing materials,



and ensuring smooth on-ground operations during events. Volunteers may also assist with basic administrative tasks, such as documentation, checklists, and post-event feedback collection. The role offers practical exposure to professional event management and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact social and corporate events.
