About the Role:
As a Sr. Specialist – Indirect Procurement, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for indirect spend categories, including MRO, IT procurement, office admin, facilities, and professional services. You will play a key role in optimizing procurement costs, strengthening vendor partnerships, ensuring timely procurement operations, and maintaining compliance with procurement policies. Working closely with cross-functional teams such as Admin, IT, HR, Finance, and Facilities, you will ensure uninterrupted business operations through efficient sourcing, contract management, and supplier performance management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:




Manage end-to-end procurement activities for indirect spend categories including MRO, office and administrative supplies, IT hardware, software licenses, qualified services, facilities, and other business requirements across all Statiq locations.
Source, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard vendors while maintaining a robust and approved vendor database for various indirect procurement categories.
Prepare, issue, and evaluate RFQs/RFIs, conduct commercial comparisons, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and service agreements to achieve the best commercial value.
Process purchase requisitions and generate Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring compliance with the organization's Delegation of Authority (DOA) approval framework.
